✅ 2. TERMS OF SALE & INSTALLATION
These terms apply to all supply and installation services carried out by Everlong Garden Fencing Ltd.

Quotations

Written quotations include product specification, layout, pricing, lead times and installation details. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required before ordering materials or booking installation dates. Final payment is due on completion unless agreed in writing.
Surveys & Ground Conditions
Installation is based on conditions identified during quotation or site survey. If unseen obstacles exist (e.g., buried concrete, roots, pipes, hazardous waste), additional charges may apply. Customers will be notified before any extra work is carried out.

Access & Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:

• Clear access to the work site

• Removal of pets, vehicles or obstructions

• Neighbours are informed where boundaries are shared

We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden services (e.g., water pipes, cabling) that were not disclosed.
Disposal of Old Fencing
Removal and disposal of old fences is included only if specified in the quotation.

Delays
Extreme weather, material shortages or supplier delays may affect installation dates. We aim to give notice and rearrange at the earliest opportunity.

✅ 3. WARRANTIES
Most metal fencing, ColourFence and DuraPost products come with manufacturer-backed warranties.
Warranty Limitations
Warranties do not cover:

• Storm or wind damage

• Accidental impact or vandalism

• Issues caused by soil movement, subsidence or inadequate ground conditions

• Modifications made by others after installation

Workmanship is guaranteed for a period agreed on your quotation or invoice.

✅ 4. CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel installation before materials are ordered.
If materials have been purchased or delivered, cancellation may incur cost of goods and restocking fees.
If installation has begun, cancellation is not typically possible.

✅ 5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
As products are made to order or cut to size, returns are not usually accepted unless goods are defective.
Defective materials will be repaired or replaced in line with manufacturer policy.

We aim to respond within 7 working days and resolve complaints fairly and quickly.
